Wigan Life Centre's Wiend Suite and the historic Wigan Town Hall on Library Street are both regular wedding ceremony venues we know well, along with outdoor ceremonies at Mesnes Park when the weather allows.
Leigh Town Hall and Tyldesley Library are also approved venues across the wider borough, each with their own timings and drop-off points we're familiar with. Haigh Hall, set in 250 acres of parkland at Haigh Woodland Park, is one of the borough's best-known wedding venues in its own right, and a regular booking for us.
Match days are a regular fixture too — Brick Community Stadium (still known locally as the DW) is shared by Wigan Athletic and the Wigan Warriors, and gets a steady run of our cars. Wigan Pier and the Leeds-Liverpool Canal are familiar territory as well, for anything from a heritage day out to an evening event.
Trencherfield Mill, right by Wigan Pier and home to the largest working mill steam engine in the country, is another landmark we know well.
