Manchester's own Register Office sits at Heron House on Lloyd Street, in the Pankhurst Suite — a short, well-known route we know well, even with Manchester Town Hall itself currently closed for restoration and couples opting for nearby venues instead.

For a night out, Deansgate Locks and the Printworks are where most groups end up — a cluster of bars and clubs by the canal that our Hummer and Party Bus bookings head to regularly, alongside the Northern Quarter and Spinningfields for a slower start to the evening.

For larger weddings, The Sheridan Suite on Oldham Road is one of the North West's biggest single event spaces, and Mayfair Grand — just over in Rochdale, but firmly on our patch — is a newer favourite for the same kind of occasion. For a city-centre hotel wedding, the Manchester Marriott Victoria & Albert, with its converted riverside warehouse setting, is a regular pickup for us.

The Midland Hotel, opposite St Peter's Square, is where Charles Rolls and Henry Royce first met to form Rolls-Royce — its Trafford Room also claims the first tango ever danced in England. And the Kimpton Clocktower, the old Refuge Assurance building with its landmark clock tower on Oxford Street, is another regular for us, close to Canal Street.

Celebration meals and late nights are a big part of the work here. Sapporo Teppanyaki on Liverpool Road and K2 Karaoke on George Street are both regular drop-offs for birthdays and group nights out, and San Carlo at Alderley Edge is a familiar run for a special occasion out towards Cheshire.

Match days and event nights are a regular booking for us too — the Etihad Stadium and Old Trafford both get a steady stream of our cars, and Co-op Live and the AO Arena are just as familiar for concert nights.
